In October 2023, the existing electoral wards of Preseli Pembrokeshire and South Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen West were adjusted to form the new constituency of Mid and South Pembrokeshire. This new constituency stretches from the city of St Davids in the northwest to Amroth and Saundersfoot in the east.
The new constituency consists of over 76,000 electors and encompasses the towns of Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Narberth, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock, and Tenby.
The consitituency party consists of 7 branches, these are arranged across the county geographically, the branches are;

- Haverfordwest & Johnston
- Landsker
- Milford Haven
- Neyland
- Solva & St Davids
- South Pembrokeshire
